Dear all, we would like to share with you a great release : our beloved Yué WU just came out with an amazing documentary about  basket ball in Paris : 10 Paris BBall Stories.

The documentary is split in 10 little episodes of 3 minutes, starring a different French basketball player in their favorite Parisian playground

From the NBA player Boris Diaw showing us around the famous National Gymnasium INSEP to Olivier Barthelemy, a French young actor who takes us in his neighborhood playground of Menilmontant to tell us how street basketball influenced him in his youth.

The images are absolutely beautiful. Entirely shot in black & white, each episode starts in slow motion and follows the player entering his playground, to the beat of Kick avec mes Nike by French rapper Busta Flex in the background… you just can’t say no !

I have to admit Diana Gandéga really hit the spot : this young basket-ball player originally from Senegal explains how difficult and thrilling it was to break through in basketball and gain respect on the court as a girl.

Having followed this project from the beginning, I would like to congratulate all of those who helped make it happen with trust and love of the art, and those who gladly shared their stories with us !
